Victoria Major, LPCA
Victoria’s compassionate care is built on a humanistic/person-centered philosophy, emphasizing empathy and the inherent worth of each individual. She utilizes a versatile, evidence-based skillset, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), to help clients achieve well-being. Furthermore, her experience in coaching has made executive functioning a great area of interest and expertise. Her certifications in Psychological First Aid (PFA), Supervised Visitation, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) equip her to support clients through difficult situations.
Victoria is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and transitional periods. Her goal is to support clients on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
Outside of Shoreline Therapy Center, Victoria enjoys painting, reading, listening to music, going on walks, traveling, and spending time with family and friends, maintaining a balanced lifestyle rooted in self-care.
